We recommend that you contact us as early as possible to discuss design options and place your order 5-6 months prior to your wedding and 6-7 for destination weddings. We strive to produce the best possible designs for you and the more time we have for this process the more creative we can get.

Typically, we’d say that the process takes 3-4 months from the time you sign the contract to the time we are ready to ship to you. If your wedding is August 15th for example, you can think backwards like this…
-rsvp date will be July 15th {typically 3 or 4 weeks before wedding}
-you should mail them by June 15th {typically 8 weeks before wedding}
-depending on the type of addressing you are planning on doing, you will want them by June 1st
-so, you should order custom invitations by at least March/April

Factors that can affect timing…
• how elaborate the design and assembly
• availability of materials chosen
• how quickly you respond with your agreement/payment details and artwork/design feedback
• extent of artwork revisions
• if you choose to use a calligrapher to address your envelopes, which can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks
